1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pokerklas ("pokerklas", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at pokerklas.onl. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

pokerklas reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe specified by pokerklas.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity on the account.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player without prior engagement with pokerklas support.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormancy policy applies — see below).
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests.

8.1 Dormant Account Policy

An account is classified as dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. pokerklas will notify the registered email address on file before applying dormancy status. A dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per calendar month may be deducted from the remaining account balance once dormancy status is applied, until either the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account by logging in and completing a verification check.

8.2 Balance on Closure

Where a pokerklas account is closed at the player's own request and the account is in good standing with no outstanding bonus wagering obligations, the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, pokerklas reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance pending investigation of the breach.

8.3 Dispute Resolution
